Domu is welcome the first residents to Lime House, Glass Bottle.
Designed by Henry J Lyons Architects and targeting a BREEAM Excellent sustainability rating, Lime House honours the site’s historic glass-making legacy. The building delivers 212 high-specification, A-rated rental homes.
New residents now enjoy an outstanding collection of amenities, including a concierge lounge, bright gym and fitness studio, private screening room, co-working spaces and meeting rooms, a sky lounge with private dining room, two landscaped terraces on levels 4 and 7 offering stunning views across Dublin Bay and the city, and a peaceful internal courtyard.
Lime House marks the beginning of the transformative Glass Bottle development – a 37-acre waterfront neighbourhood that will ultimately provide around 3,800 A-rated homes alongside over 1 million sq ft of commercial, innovation, retail, educational and community spaces, and a new public park.
The next residential phases are progressing well, with further homes due for completion in Q1 2026.
A heartfelt thank you to the entire project team that made this milestone possible, including John Sisk & Son Ltd, Henry J Lyons Architects, Lafferty, Linesight, Axiseng, CS Consulting Group, Tom Phillips + Associates, ORS, Maurice Johnson & Partners, Catalyst, Cameo and Partners, AWN Consulting Ltd, GL&SS, Turner & Townsend, StudioFractal, Access Advisors, MJF Interiors, CompassRock International, 21SPACES, Rowdy Studio, Apt Living and ISM Independent Site Management.
