Following the delivery of Lime House (212 homes) at Glass Bottle in November 2025, construction momentum continues across the remaining buildings in the first phase. At Glass Bottle we’re delivering contemporary A rated apartments across numerous buildings supported by on site resident amenity spaces from private screening rooms to co-working spaces, gyms, fitness studios, private dining spaces and indoor and outdoor landscaped areas.

Works continue at pace, with apartment furniture fit-out’s advancing, external façades progressing on the tower (Sand House) and key structural and architectural elements approaching completion. Landscaping works are also well underway, helping to shape the emerging character of the development. Looking ahead, focus will remain on completing internal finishes, amenity spaces and external works as the project continues to advance.
