Progress continues at pace at Marmalade Lane as we bring this exciting Dundrum development to life!

The insitu concrete structure to Block B has topped out, with the top floor amenity steel structure to follow shortly. The precast concrete structures to Blocks A and C are well advanced, while Block D is on track to top out this month — a key milestone across the scheme.

The building façades are taking shape across all blocks, with window installation, insulation and brickwork progressing in parallel. Internally, apartment fitout is advancing across all four buildings, with the very first apartments due for handover this month. Sitewide civil works are also ongoing, including drainage and boundary wall treatments.

In a notable next step for the scheme, foundations have begun for the 8 no. three-storey, four-bedroom semi-detached houses, with the timber frame structures due to arrive on site in the coming weeks.
