The Glass Bottle Consortium can confirm that residential Phase 2 has been granted planning permission (Feb 5th 2026) consisting of an additional 586 homes in total. The Glass Bottle regeneration project will reshape the Docklands by delivering approximately 3,800 homes and nearly one million sq.ft of commercial space and this new planning grant is the next step in this transformative process.
