Block O, Sand House has reached new heights, with the tower “Crown” steelwork now complete — a key structural milestone — and fin installation in its final stages. Hard and soft landscaping to the podium is well advanced, while amenity fitout to the basement, ground floor and level 15 continues to progress at pace.

Block L, Batch House tower scaffolding has now been dismantled to level 1, with aluminium cladding to the tower in the closing phase and roof terrace paving at level 18 fully complete. Apartment FF&E is set to commence and paving to the podium internal courtyard is set to get underway. Clearing out and cleaning of the basement is in progress, while amenity works are advancing with skimming of partitions underway and floor tiling due to start soon.
