Marmalade Lane is shaping up to be a standout Build-to-Rent development, comprising four residential blocks rising up to 10 storeys over basement. The scheme will deliver 463 high quality apartments, a mix of Studio, 1,2 and 3 bedroom homes alongside 8 four-bedroom houses. Residents will benefit from a strong amenity offering, including shared facilities, a crèche, café, car and cycle parking, and improved pedestrian connections from Wyckham Avenue to Ballawley Park. Marmalade Lane will also benefit from extensive landscaped ground and roof gardens.

Progress continues at pace, with recent milestones including brickwork and blockwork installation, advancement of the reinforced concrete frames across all four buildings. Site-wide service ducting, drainage and attenuation tank installations are also progressing well.

Looking ahead, internal partitions and M&E services will commence first-fix installation in the coming months, marking another significant phase in the build programme.
