Lime House, Glass Bottle, opened its doors to residents in November 2025. Now that people have settled in, we wanted to take a closer look at the spaces. Designed by Henry J Lyons, the 212 homes are built around a landscaped internal courtyard with Dublin Bay

The ground floor sets the tone — a concierge desk, residents’ lounge, private screening room, co-working spaces, meeting rooms, and a fully equipped gym and fitness studio. These aren’t afterthoughts. Each space has been designed for daily use, with considered lighting, furniture, and finishes throughout.

Up on the 4th floor, the exercise terrace lets residents take their workout outdoors — with open sea air and views across the bay. The 7th floor Sky Lounge is the building’s centrepiece: a bookable private space with floor-to-ceiling windows, a kitchen area, and its own terrace opening onto views of the Dublin Docklands and Sandymount Strand.

It’s been great to see residents make Lime House their own.
